Return Policy:
The toy selection at Massavetoys.com is gleaned from 30 years
experience in offering the world's best playthings, and we hope
all of our choices are winners! If, however, you decide to
return or exchange, please follow these steps:
We have a 30 day return policy. You may return your purchase at
any time within 30 days of receiving the package.
All returns must come back to us in original, sellable
condition. Opened boxes, lost tags, obviously played-with toys
will not be acceptable.
When possible, use the original shipping box with labels
attached, and return through Fed Ex. (Kinkos has a Fed Ex
shipping department).
Ship all packages, at your expense, to:

RETURNING OR EXCHANGING
Click on "Basic Return" and fill out required form so we know
to expect your return.
Print 2 copies of the form, one to include as a
packing slip in the box and one for your records.
Ship the box back to us, at your expense
After we receive and inspect your return, (approximately 10
business days), we will issue a refund on the credit card with
which it was purchased, less our expenses. These expenses can
include our original shipping costs to you and, when applicable,
gift wrapping charges.
PLEASE NOTE: Our stated shipping costs are frequently much
lower than the actual amount we pay to ship your toys. We will
deduct the actual price we paid, be it more (or less) ,from your
refund. We will provide documentation of the actual
shipping charges to you.
RETURNING GIFT WRAPPED ITEMS:
Our wonderful European gift wrap is always free, unless you
return your purchase. At that point we will charge you $4 per
item wrapped. When returning a gift, for exchange or store
credit, you will not be charged for gift-wrapping. You will,
however, be responsible for shipping costs on your replacement
item.
A TOY DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT:
If your selection arrives in a damaged shipping box, and the
toys inside prove to be damaged also, please do the following:
Save the damaged shipping materials! Fed Ex must verify the
damage.
Click "Damaged
Shipment" and fill out required report so we can contact Fed
Ex.
Print 2 copies of the report, one to be enclosed in the
returning box and the other for your records.
We will contact Fed Ex and they will retrieve the damaged box
and toys.
If your toy was, indeed, damaged during shipment, we will,
within 10 working days, replace it at no expense to you, or
refund your money in full.
MANUFACTURE'S DEFECT:
Occasionally, a toy will arrive with a manufacturer's defect, it
simply doesn't work.
Click "Manufacturer's Defect" and fill out required report so we
know what's going on.
Make 2 copies of the report, one to be enclosed in the returning
box and the other for your records.
We will email to you a return label and instruct Fed Ex to pick
up the box.
If your toy was, indeed damaged in route, we will, within 10
working days, replace it at no expense to you, issue a store
credit, or refund your money in full.
WHEN YOU REFUSE TO ACCEPT A SHIPMENT :
If your package is on it's way and you experience "Buyer's
Regret", simply refuse to accept the shipment!
We will, of course, be very sad. However, we will issue a
refund to you, within 10 working days, less all shipping charges
and possibly a 10% restocking charge.
WHEN YOU PROVIDE US WITH THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS:
We cannot accept responsibility for packages sent to the wrong,
or an undeliverable, address.
If it is possible to obtain the correct address and re-route
the shipment, we will do our best to work with our shipper. Any
additional fees or shipping costs will be billed to you.
