Thank you so much for ordering your toys from Mass Ave Toys. After 30 years in business, we know the very best toys in the world and how to get them to you in the most convenient way.

Drive by Shopping:

You can elect to either have us ship your toys to you, or if you are in the Indianapolis area, we will be happy to wrap and bag your items for a pick up time convenient to you. We do ask that you give us 24 hours to get your order ready prior to picking it up. If you have a cell phone; just give us a call when you are outside and we'll be happy to run your toys out to you!!!

FREE SHIPPING on orders of $100 and up:

• Our free shipping offer pertains to ground shipping orders only. Orders must meet $100 after all discounts are applied, and does not pertain to over-sized or express items. For orders under $100, see chart below.
• We will attempt to ship all in-stock items by Fed Ex Ground within 24 hours. We cannot,  however, guarantee a time of delivery.
  Unless you direct us otherwise, the Fed Ex man will leave your package at your door. Requesting specific delivery times may require an additional fee. We are always happy to deliver to your work place!
• If you require a guaranteed time of delivery, you may choose 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Select. Please place your order before noon EST, Monday thru Friday.
• We cannot ship to P.O. Box numbers as the Fed Ex man does not go there!  

Additionally, we will make every effort to deliver shipments with the wrong address however a fee of $10 will be applied. There may also be additional shipping costs. These will be charged to your credit card. If the package cannot be delivered due to the faulty address, it will be returned to us. We will refund the cost of the toy, but charge you all shipping costs.

So, make life easy on all of us and confirm that kid's address before you order the gift!!

Shipments going outside the Continental US require special handling

We (usually Lauren)  will contact you via email with your actual shipping charges. If you just need to talk to us, and who can blame you, a human (usually Lauren) mans the phone Monday thru Friday 9am to 5pm EST.
